The 2020 Stellenbosch Air Show takes place at the Stellenbosch Flying Club on the 20 and 21 March. Following the resounding success of the 2019 event, Stellenbosch Air Show 2020 promises to be bigger, noisier and more exciting than ever before with the first ever two day program for a show of its kind.

Friday sees the various pilots flying their display routines for validation and the day will be closed off with a sunset display by the aerobatic Puma Flying Lions, a first in the Cape and certainly not to be missed.

Kurt Darren will be providing the evening’s entertainment which is included in your ticket for the day. Family entertainment with food stalls and refreshment tents will be aplenty on the Friday evening.

Saturday sees a full program kicking off at 9 AM with non-stop action until 5 PM. Expect to see multiple airliners, the South African Airforce Silver Falcons, Hawk Jet Trainer, Grippen Fighter Jet and finally the Lynx helicopter.

The Puma Flying Lions Harvard team will present a spectacular display followed by the Red Bull Gamebird, Team Extreme aerobatics display team, firefighting aircraft and including the first Blackhawk in the country, vintage aircraft, homebuilts, executive jets and many more.

Food and refreshments will be in abundant supply on the Saturday with something to suit every taste. Various suppliers of aviation related material and services will also be present.

Book a ticket for Friday, a ticket for Saturday or take advantage of our special combo price which gets you entry for both days as well as access to Friday evening’s entertainment.

Tickets are on sale online at Webtickets so get yours early to avoid disappointment and queues on the day. Limited tickets will be available at the gate.

Gates open at 8 AM on both days but earlier arrival is recommended to avoid the rush.

We look forward to seeing you at the Stellenbosch Air Show 2020.
