One Park

Clara’s Barn

Restaurateur Bertus Basson’s latest culinary adventure has transformed a centuries-old barn into fine-dining venue on Vergenoegd Löw wine estate. The Cape-Dutch thatched building with oversized barn doors houses a bar-lounge area, a spacious restaurant with tables flowing outside onto a verandah, two fireplaces and a carving station.

Farro

Since closing Farro in Illovo, Jhb, the husband-and-wife duo Alex and Eloise relocated to Cape Town, where they resurrected the restaurant for a successful pop-up on the city’s bustling Bree Street.

Now the couple, together with the team at Gabriëlskloof, are thrilled to announce the opening of Farro at Gabriëlskloof. The foodie favourite will find a new, permanent home on the beautiful Botrivier farm.

CHEFS Foodhall

Inspired by foodhalls around the world – and the centuries-old tradition of the town marketplace –
executive chef and culinary director George Jardine set to launch in Cape Town’s Cavendish square this May, with plans to go countrywide later. it brings together 10 kitchen stations, with each chef cooking something different, to offer customers a global feast – There will also be a bar area and patisserie.

The Bailey on Bree

This three-storey, sophisticated gourmet hub can be found at Heritage Square, Cape Town,  headed by the acclaimed chef Liam Thompson. Situated across from Pinchos, his other popular eatery, this historical building with its high ceilings and large windows is being transformed into a glorious foodie destination.

It includes a glamourous patisserie, a champagne and cocktail bar and an eatery serving all-day breakfasts, brunches and lunches The middle floor will be home to a classic European-style brasserie, complete with maître d’ to ensure top-level service and hospitality. And upstairs, a wine and whisky bar for aficionados, with relaxed terrace seating. The Bailey on Bree is expected to open in April 2022

The Post & Pepper, in the heart of bustling Stellenbosch, you’ll find a menu and atmosphere packed with all the things you love about fine dining with none of the frills.
