    Hillcrest Quarry Originally created by a group of Blues enthusiasts in order to offer a public stage for the smaller, lesser known Blues bands. Today they have opened the line-up to some better known Blues bands as well. Any proceeds of this event will be given back to all the bands performing at this event.

    This floating on the Breede River festival turns 30 this year. Four days of celebrating 30 years of great music, good food, chilled vibes, short queues and a whole lot of gees. 40 different artists and bands will entertain a limited audience of 2500 festival goers.

  • Folk ‘n Acoustic Music Festival

    Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens Rhodes Dr, Newlands, Cape Town, South Africa

    Brings to the stage the best of South Africa’s folk and acoustic talent in a unique concert setting. An incredible line up of top South African artists will share their stories with you. Ross Learmonth who just released his first solo album, James Stewart and Flat Stanley will represent the acoustic rock part of the festival. Andre De Villiers who is one of our favourite songwriters will bring his local folk to the show. Louise Carver another beautiful singer-songwriter will add another pop-folk infused highlight to the mix along with YOAV and his trippy-folky pop dance style. Mandisi Dyantyis will represent the Afro-Soul genre with his incredible acoustic quintet. Derek Gripper will bring his acoustic guitar expertise to the forefront and Paige Mac will deliver her soul-blues folky vibe.
