Knorhoek’s week 7’s menu:
This menu consists of a freshly baked baguette, three artisanal butters, fresh salmon roulade served with baby leaves, cucumber and dill mayo dressed with balsamic vinaigrette, traditional oxtail with truffle oil mush and stuffed butternut topped with feta.
Both options are served with sides of roasted garlic & rosemary potatoes and glazed honey carrots, baby marries and pickled beetroot.
Finally, your meal will end off with a delectable tiramisu for two.
