A full tea ceremony take place at the Healing Garden. You will blend herbal teas as guided by an estate gardener. Guests are seated on the floor of the shaded bamboo structure, where a selection of savoury and sweet confections are served to complement the infusions created by each one. Only seasonal fresh ingredients are used and great care is taken in the preparation.

Available Tuesday- Saturday. The treats are freshly baked on the premises by the chefs who incorporate new treats seasonally.

Manor Kitchen at Lanzerac Wine Estate, Stellenbosch

The luxurious Manor Kitchen offers a sumptuous Afternoon Tea, including savoury dishes such as potato blinis with Earl Grey, smoked salmon, crème fraiche and caviar as well as chicken, mushroom and pistachio terrine wrapped in crisp pancetta. A selection of sweet treats will also be served, with options like red velvet cupcakes with candied beets; almond profiteroles with rose water cream, and freshly baked buttermilk scones with clotted cream and locally-made strawberry jam.

The Afternoon Tea is priced at R280 per person and includes loose leaf TWG teas and a complimentary glass of Lanzerac Méthode Cap Classique. Guests can enjoy this offer every Saturday between 14h00 and 17h00.
